November Meeting Notes

Hope you are enjoying this beautiful fall weather and had a chance to see all the changing leave colors down at our beach. It really is beautiful.

This Thursday (Nov. 18) the board will be holding our November meeting via phone conference. As always any member is welcome to listen in to the meeting and voice any comments or concerns. We do limit each member comment to 3 minutes. If you are interested in joining the meeting please reply to this email prior to Thursday so we can get you your call-in credentials. Thank You! I would like to take this opportunity to again thank the project committee (Matt, Tim, Bruce and Mike) for finishing the mailbox pavilion. It look amazing. This pavilion will be a focal point as we and our guest enter Cedarhurst. We will also add a message board to the pavilion where we can share Cedarhurst News and connect outside of digital media. I would also like to thank Aaron for leaf blowing the Stairs to the beach and making them safe for all of us.

Here are a couple of updates in Cedarhurst.

Mailboxes
The mailboxes have been ordered and should be delivered in 4 weeks. The board has voted that a one time fee of $50.00 will be assessed for any member in good standing that needs a mailbox. The assessment will be included on the annual invoice that will go out within the next few months.

Water Users
Jackie had originally schedule today to turn off the seasonal water system. However the water will most likely not get turned off until next Sunday the 21st due to this unseasonably warm weather we have been having. Jackie is monitoring the weather to make sure it’s safe to keep it on just a little longer. Thanks for all your hard work running the water system Jackie!
